Glorifying God and Serving Others

Wellness is a state of optimal well-being that is oriented toward maximizing an individual’s potential. This is a life long process of moving towards enhancing your physical,  intellectual, emotional, spiritual, and environmental well being.

 

Your wellness program will include the following.

· Understand and use your gifts and talents.

· Develop  healthy nutrition habits.

· Develop healthy exercise habits.

· Monthly Newsletter

· Introduce nutritional support to overcome health issues.

· Establish mentors or coaches for different aspects of your life.

· Avoid toxic and addictive behaviors and substances.

· Reduce and/or eliminate the use of pharmaceuticals.

· Initiate plans for reaching goals and dreams.

· Serve others locally, nationally, and internationally.

· Read for enjoyment.

· Develop a plan to lose inches and pounds.

· Discover the amazing aspects of creation.

· Be a good steward of your time and possessions.

· Grow in your knowledge of and relationship with God.

· Keep a record of your exercise.

· Keep a record of nutritional goals.

· Develop team members for a career in helping others with wellness.

 

As a Christian wellness coach, I want to assist you in your pursuit of a healthier lifestyle. As a result of changes in the areas listed above you will be able to experience more energy, endurance, confidence, relaxation, a reduction of health issues, and a body that is the temple of the Holy Spirit ready to glorify God and serve others. Your family, friends, and co-workers will see through you a balanced and healthy life.
